Packages include quick-start documentation, slot wiring map, QC report, and pre-sales configuration call. Remote Control Setup can be added for first-boot commissioning.

Payment

How do I pay?+

Register and place orders online — USDT (TRC20) payment is available after order confirmation on your order page. Sales team will confirm payment and update order status. Enterprise bulk orders may use wire transfer (T/T) — contact sales.

Shipping

Can you send photos before shipment?+

Yes — bulk orders (5+ units), enterprise packages, and custom cabinet projects include packing inspection photos on request (chassis, checklist, carton). Sample orders pass standard QC; ask sales on WhatsApp before dispatch if you need pre-shipment photos. See /docs/packing-and-pre-shipment-photos.

How is hardware packaged for international shipping?+

Single racks ship in foam-lined export cartons with an accessory checklist and slot wiring map inside. Hub/PSU modules may be nested for shock protection. Orders of 5+ racks may ship on pallet; custom cabinets often use crated sea freight. All units pass packing inspection before export.

How long is delivery time?+

In-stock units: 5–10 business days for assembly and QC. Custom configurations: 7–15 business days. International express adds 3–7 days; sea freight 15–30 days.

Products

What is a phone farm?+

A phone farm is a rack or enclosure that organizes multiple real smartphones for centralized power, cooling, and USB connectivity. PhoneFarm ICU builds the physical hardware — racks, motherboard boxes, and infrastructure modules — used by QA labs, device management teams, and mobile operations groups.

What is a phone farm rack / box?+

A phone farm rack (or box) is an industrial chassis that houses multiple real smartphones with centralized power supply, fan cooling, and USB hub routing. It replaces scattered chargers and cables with one managed unit tested before shipment.

What is a motherboard box?+

A motherboard box uses smartphone motherboards without screens or batteries to increase node density and reduce per-unit cost. Each node runs Android with USB debugging enabled. Suitable for app testing and device management where a display is not required.

Real device hardware vs cloud phone — what's the difference?+

Real device racks use physical smartphones with genuine hardware sensors and device fingerprints. Cloud phones are virtualized on shared servers. For mobile app QA, compatibility testing, and device management labs, physical hardware provides accurate sensor and OS behavior.

Real device hardware vs emulator — what's the difference?+

Emulators simulate mobile OS in software on a PC. Real device farms use actual hardware for accurate testing of performance, sensors, and OS-specific behavior. QA teams typically prefer real devices for release validation.

Android phone farm vs iPhone phone farm?+

Android farms use ADB, USB hubs, and standard industrial racks. iPhone farms require Lightning/USB-C hubs and macOS-compatible control stations. PhoneFarm ICU supplies rack hardware for both platforms from Guangzhou.

How many devices can one rack support?+

Standard phone farm racks typically support up to 20 nodes per unit. Custom cabinets can scale to 40, 60, or 100+ devices depending on your layout, cooling, and power requirements. Final count is confirmed in your quote.

What are the rack dimensions and weight?+

Standard phone farm rack dimensions are approximately 43.5 × 27.5 × 9 cm (L × W × H). Typical net weight is 8–12 kg per rack (chassis, fans, and PSU — phones not included). Exact gross carton weight is on your packing list after configuration. See /docs/hardware-spec-quick-reference and /docs/chassis-dimensions.

What voltage and power draw should I plan for?+

Input voltage is 110–220V AC with an industrial PSU — typically 550W class for a 20-node rack. Continuous power draw depends on how many devices charge at once; budget roughly 200–400W class for planning a loaded Android lab. PDU and room power should be sized in your quote. See /docs/hardware-spec-quick-reference.

Which phone models fit your racks?+

Share your device list for slot confirmation. Reference platforms include Samsung S8/S10/Note series for full-phone racks, A908N-class boards for motherboard boxes, and iPhone layouts per Lightning/USB-C cable plan (devices BYO). Full table: /phone-farm and /knowledge-base/supported-device-compatibility.

How many rack boxes can one control PC manage?+

One PC typically manages one rack (~20 nodes) through one powered USB hub uplink — the most stable default. Two racks (~40 nodes) need separate hub uplinks on different USB host controllers, 32GB+ RAM, and careful cable planning. Three or more racks usually need a second control workstation. Details: /knowledge-base/one-pc-how-many-rack-boxes.

Do you offer remote installation or on-site setup?+

Remote Control Setup is a remote commissioning service — ADB path verification, workstation layout, and first-boot walkthrough (typically 2–4 hours). It is not on-site physical rack installation. Hardware is shipped ready for buyer installation; on-site integration is quoted only for enterprise projects. Book the Remote Control Setup SKU or ask sales.

Can you customize hardware?+

Yes. We offer custom chassis dimensions, node counts, power configurations, cooling layouts, and rackmount integrations. Share your device model, quantity, and workflow for a tailored quote.

Do you provide remote control setup?+

We offer remote control configuration as a hardware support service — ADB setup, screen mirroring workstation layout, and device grouping guidance. We supply the rack hardware; you choose compatible device management software.

What is a box phone?+

A box phone is a real smartphone or motherboard node mounted inside an industrial phone farm chassis with centralized power, cooling, and USB/LAN routing — not a cloud instance or emulator.

Is there a device limit per rack?+

Standard racks have up to 20 physical slots. Final device count depends on phone or board dimensions — confirmed in your written quote, not marketing headlines alone.

Do you support enterprise deployment (100+ devices)?+

Yes. Enterprise Rack Deployment and custom cabinet projects include layout planning, PDU sizing, and phased shipment. Contact sales with room dimensions and staff count.

Are paid hardware revision updates required?+

Standard rack products include 12-month hardware support on chassis, fans, and PSU modules. Replacement parts are orderable — there is no recurring software license from PhoneFarm ICU.

What if I have problems after delivery?+

Contact sales via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email with photos and your slot map. Remote diagnostics and spare parts are available for hardware issues.

How do I enable USB debugging on farm phones?+

Enable Developer options on each Android device, turn on USB debugging, and authorize the control PC RSA fingerprint. See Knowledge Base article: Enable USB Debugging on Farm Devices.

Can network equipment support multi-IP device labs?+

Yes. Router and switch modules support per-cluster VLAN planning. Proxy IPs and carrier SIMs are buyer-configured — hardware is supplied from our catalog.

Is network gear suitable for multi-region mobile commerce QA labs?+

Yes. Router and switch modules support per-cluster VLAN and regional egress IP when configured by the buyer. Typical starting capacity is ~30 devices per router cluster — confirm in quote.

Box phone farm vs cloud phone — which should I buy?+

Cloud phones suit light demos and low upfront cost. Real-device racks suit QA labs, sensor-accurate testing, and long-running production workloads. See our blog comparison guides.
